Well, my seven-and-a-half-year streak of being ticket-free is over.
I got pulled over last night in Bloomington after stopping at my sister's and then trying to hurry back to Lincoln for something. As soon as I went by the cop her lights immediately went on and there she was behind me!
I just can't get over the fact that I've never been pulled over in almost 8 years of driving, and the first time I can't even get a warning? At least she was nice about it, I suppose. She wasn't a jerky female cop.
Oh well, life goes on. I was just hoping for a life-long record of being a really good cop-spotter and never getting pulled over...er, um....I mean, a life-long record of being a really good driver.
On that note, I'd like to pretend I'm on the radio right now and send a shoutout to Alli and wish her a Happy Birthday! And I'd like to give a shoutout to Amanda and Aubs and say Happy Birthday tomorrow!!! Gosh, lots of birthdays! Have fun and I wish I could see the 3 of you soon!!!

I just got my first warning 2 months ago, I thought it was Christmas day.
Though I am paranoid at night driving with cars behind me, I always assume it is a cop.

Remember when I got my first ticket on the way to Batavia, that was an awful night! Ha ha oh the memories!!!
